Ingredients Required:-
- 1 cup/250g paneer cut into cubes
- 1 medium/80g onion cut into cubes
- 1 up/150g fresh tomatoes chopped
- 1 small/50g green capsicum cut into cubes
- The entire packet of Suhana Kadai Paneer Mix 50g
- 2 tbsp oil, 2tbsp/30g butter
- 1 1/2 cup/300ml water
- For garnishing 1 tbsp
- Fresh cream
How To Use:-
- Make a paste of Suhana Kadai Paneer Mix with 100ml water
- Heat oil in a frying pan, add tomatoes, and cook for 4-5 minutes or till oil oozes out
- Add the paste and cook for another 1-2 minutes
- Add remaining water and cook for 3-4 minutes till the gravy starts thickening and keep aside
- Heat 2 tbsp butter in another pan
- Add onion and saute for a minute followed by capsicum, and paneer
- Add the above gravy, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes till gravy thickens
- Garnish with a dollop of cream
- Serve piping hot with rice or Indian bread such as parathas or naans.
