Ingredients Required:-
- 1kg Chicken
- 1 cup/ 200g curd, hung to remove water
- 100g Suhana Chicken Tandoori Mix
How To Cook:-
- Make a paste of Suhana Chicken Tandoori Mix and curd
- Marinate chicken pieces & keep aside for 1 hr
- Set microwave at 900 watts and grill chicken for first 10-15 minutes and reposition frequently
- Bast with butter and grill for another 15-20 minutes
- Sprinkle Suhana Chat Masala and serve hot with mint chutney.
