What comes to your mind when you hear the word ‘Thandai’? For some it can be a cold beverage, for some it may be Holi! C’mon, pretty sure Holi is not Holi without a little twist of Thandai in it. Just like there is no Diwali without lights and no Christmas without the tree, there ain’t no Holi without thandai!
How to make
Just dip the mix in water for 1-2hrs for soaking and then grind in the mixer.
Then filter the extract using the strainer and mixed the crused dry fruis, sugar and add milk and other fruits like oranges to enhance the taste.
Just serve thandai on the glass.
Ingredients: White Pepper, Black Pepper, Khas Khas, Cucumber & Melon Seeds, Cardamom, Fennel Seeds, Dried Rose etc.
