Ingredients
Rice, Black gram Dal, Maida, Salt, Edible vegetable fat, Rice flakes, Fenugreek, Acidity regulator (INS 296), Raising agent (INS 500ii).
Tasty Tip:
Serve hot with MTR Sambar, Coconut chutney and Potato.
How to Use
- Add 1 cup of Mix to 1 cup water and ½ cup sour curd to form batter.
- Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Spread sufficient batter on hot tava on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp oil to the sides.
- Garnish with chopped tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves and onions.
- Roast till golden brown. Serve hot.
