Apart from red chillies, sugar and water, Chings Red Chilli Sauce also contains ginger, garlic, acidifying agent, emulsifying and stabilizing agent with dehydrated corn. It contains Water, Sugar, Garlic, Red Chilli(6%), Corn Starch, Salt, Acetic Acid, & Citric Acid (Acidifying agent, E260 & E330), Xanthan Gum (Emulsifying & Stabilizing agent, E415), Spices (Coriander,Cumin), Sodium Benzoate (Preservative, E211).Contains permitted Class II Preservative.The presence of garlic and ginger gives the much-needed pungent flavour which makes Indo-Chinese cuisine flavoursome.
